London Scorpions Girls Select Fastball
Program Overview
The London Scorpions Girls Select Program is an extension of our Southwest London Girls Fastball house
league. It provides players with the opportunity to practice, develop, and compete at a higher level
while maintaining the fun and community spirit of house league play.
Select players compete in one-day or two-day weekend tournaments throughout the summer against
teams from across Ontario, with the goal of qualifying for the Ontario Select Softball Tournament
Association (OSSTA) Provincial Championships at the end of the season.
Southwest will run Select teams in all age divisions from U9 – U17, where there is sufficient player
interest and qualified coaching staff. Submit a Select Player Interest Form to help us determine our
numbers and to receive updates for the upcoming season.

Eligibility & Tryouts
- Players must be registered with Southwest London Girls Fastball for the current season.
- Rosters will be determined based on tryout evaluations and coach selections in each age division.
- Select tryout dates vary by age division. Typically, tryouts take place sometime between February and April. Check our website or follow our social media platforms to stay up to date on tryout information (Facebook, Instagram).
