Select Baseball
2019-12-08Hello Parents and Players,
SW London Baseball is continuing with Select level Baseball in 2020. Select Baseball incorporates both age groups of a division. The Select teams compete in tournaments, local playoffs and possibly the Provincial Championships. ThIs level is between house league and the competitive rep division and used as a stepping stone for players looking to move up to higher levels of baseball.
SW London Baseball is starting workouts. Check the Tryouts Tab for more information by division. Fees for all the workouts and try outs will be $65. Please register online. Players will need to show up 15 minutes prior to all times scheduled.
SWLB is planning to have Select teams at the Rookie, Mosquito, Peewee and Bantam levels this season to play locally against other Select teams in the area.
The upcoming Select warm up/workout and try out schedule for all Select teams will be available shortly and will be sent via email and posted on the SWLB site for reference.
All Select teams will be using the Centrefield Sports facility located at 25 Midpark Cr and local gyms to complete the process.
All players that do not make the Select team will be placed on one of our house league teams.
