Southwest London Baseball is committed to ensuring our players, coaches, volunteers and parents all behave in an appropriate manner, in accordance with our Code of Conduct and other policies of the organization.  Any person who violates the Code of Conduct, or those policies, may be asked to appear before the Disciplinary Committee and may be subject to a range of consequences, up to and including suspension.

The SWLB Disciplinary Committee is comprised of Board Members and other Volunteers.  It meets on an as needed basis to review incidents of inappropriate behaviour involving parents, players, coaches, spectators, volunteers or anyone else associated with SWLB.  The Disciplinary Committee's mandate is to ensure a safe environment for all SWLB participants.  The SWLB Disciplinary Committee has the ability to order a range of consequences for violation of the Code of Conduct, from warnings, right up to and including suspensions and expulsion.  Failure to appear before the Disciplinary Committee when requested results in an immediate temporary suspension from SWLB until the request is honoured.  In the case of a parent or spectator, the player will be suspended until the request is honoured.
